Five focus areas, each run by volunteers from the community they serve — from blood camps to scholarship support.
We work directly with students and families in Gorwa who need a hand staying on track academically — whether that's guidance on what comes next, materials to learn with, or help covering costs that would otherwise be a barrier.
Women are at the centre of many of our welfare camps — not just as recipients, but increasingly as organisers and volunteers themselves. We run sessions focused on practical skills and confidence-building alongside our regular relief and welfare drives.
From ration kits assembled and packed by our own volunteers to clothing exchanges at the "Neki Ki Deewar" wall, our welfare work is about reaching families directly — especially during emergencies, festivals, and seasonal hardship.
Healthcare is where Sanjri Youth Foundation started, and it's still our most active program area. We've organised blood donation camps on occasions like Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi and Doctor's Day, free medical checkups with visiting doctors, and a COVID-19 vaccination drive in partnership with the Baroda Muslim Doctors Association and Vadodara Municipal Corporation.
Beyond our flagship camps, our volunteers regularly take on smaller civic projects — like repainting faded zebra crossings for road safety — that don't wait for anyone's permission to get started. It's how most of our volunteers find their footing before stepping up to organise bigger drives.
Every program runs on volunteer time and direct contributions — both make a real difference.
