A volunteer-run youth collective from Gorwa, Vadodara, working on the ground since 2017 — one camp, one drive, one family at a time.
Sanjri Youth Foundation began in Gorwa, Vadodara, as a small group of young people who simply decided to show up where help was needed. What started as informal support during local emergencies grew into an organised youth circle — one that now runs blood donation camps, free medical checkups, ration and clothing drives, vaccination camps, and education support across the neighbourhood.
We've worked alongside local mosques, trusts, doctors' associations, and the Vadodara Municipal Corporation on initiatives ranging from COVID-era relief distribution to road-safety marking drives and the "Neki Ki Deewar" (Wall of Kindness) clothing exchange. Every camp and every drive has been run the same way since day one: a small team of volunteers, a clear need in the community, and the will to act on it.
To empower communities through education, women's development, social welfare initiatives, public safety support, and direct community service — delivered hands-on by volunteers who live in the neighbourhoods they serve.
To build an inclusive and empowered society where every individual has access to opportunities and support — regardless of background, income, or circumstance.
We act before waiting for resources to be perfect — the camp at Madhunagar Bridge started with two organisers and a borrowed tent.
Donations and effort go straight to the families and individuals who need them — no layers, no overhead.
From the Baroda Muslim Doctors Association to the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, we collaborate rather than duplicate.
Every program is organised and run by young volunteers from the community — building leadership while building impact.
Sanjri Youth Foundation has no paid staff and no office overhead — just a rotating core of volunteers from Gorwa and nearby areas who organise camps in the evenings, on weekends, and whenever the community needs a hand. Many of our volunteers joined as recipients of an earlier camp and stayed on to help run the next one.
If you'd like to be part of that rotation, our volunteer page has everything you need to get started.
We're always looking for hands on the ground and contributions toward the next drive.
